Booking Classes
Classes can be booked through our website or booking platform.

All classes must be booked in advance.

Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

We reserve the right to refuse bookings or cancel classes where necessary.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel your booking as early as possible.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class start time may be refunded or credited.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time may result in the class being deducted from your package.

Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling may result in the loss of that class.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on class type or membership.
Class Packages and Memberships
If you purchase class packages or memberships:

Memberships may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the membership terms.

Health and Fitness

Studio Etiquette
To ensure a positive experience for all clients:

Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before the start of class.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the class has begun.

Mobile phones should be silenced during sessions.

Follow instructor guidance at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from a class if behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
Liability
While we take reasonable care to ensure a safe environment, participation in exercise carries inherent risks.
Elavra Pilates accepts no responsibility for injuries or health issues that arise from participation in classes, except where required by law.
Clients participate in classes at their own risk.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while attending the studio.
Elavra Pilates cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Changes to Classes
We may occasionally need to:
